Seaweed for a Strong Immune System

If you consider your healthy immune system to be a large cushion that protects you from discomfort & disease around your body. With a big cushion, ie strong immune system, conditions that we experience in life such as, stress or bacterial or viral infections will bounce off us if our cushion is big enough. A weakened immune system, with a small cushion, which catches everything that goes by, is constantly battling the next cold or flu bug, this small cushion will not be enough to absorb the impact of the cold, flu or stress that we've all experienced in daily life.
